Your job:

  • Global management of the fritz-kola brand based on a strong understanding of consumers and the respective market and competitive context in order to enhance our brand awareness in Europe (e. g. Germany, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, UK)
  • Supporting the creation and execution of marketing activations based on the fritz brand strategy in close coordination with the marketing functions of the countries
  • Development of campaigns and activation concepts for the European core markets including Germany
  • Performing business analyses of the market environment, market share and competition as well as result monitoring and preparation of corresponding KPI reports
  • Regular exchange and cooperation with the local fritz teams as well as the marketing teams of the distribution partners
  • Briefing and handling of agency partners
  • Management of and participation in company-relevant projects in cross-functional teams
  • Preparation of presentations for the management and shareholders' meeting as well as internal communication of marketing measures


 Your skills:

  • Degree in the field of business / communication sciences or comparable focus of studies
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in brand marketing in an FMCG company or an agency
  • Advanced knowledge in data analysis and deriving recommendations for action
  • High degree of market- and target group-oriented thinking and acting paired with a very good understanding of online and offline communication
  • Strong creative and project management skills
  • Very good communication skills in German and English – both spoken and written – for the interaction with national and international stakeholders
  • High motivation to work in a constantly changing and challenging market environment and make a contribution to the success of your team
